Catering at Homes and Venues
Various resources to accommodate everyone comfortably for large or small receptions friendly staff to set up, serve and clear away, leaving the family free to greet attendees.
Flexible menus, range from very simple to the more lavish. Canapés, finger buffets and afternoon teas are just a few of our most popular selections.

Packages
Flexible menus and buffets are presented beautifully on garnished platters and come as a “drop off only” or “fully staffed” with Tea & Coffee service provided on an “endless supply” basis. We can serve your own drinks or provide wines, beers and other beverage packages sold on consumption with all bar equipment.

Funeral Catering Menus

The carefully selected menus are freshly prepared and delivered just prior to the occasion and displayed on decorative platters and slates. Use our set menus or create your own.

Prices include uniformed Chef/s and waiting staff, set up on clothed buffet tables, crockery, quality disposable napkins leaving you nothing to do but relax and socialise with your guests. We offer an extensive drinks package to either serve your drinks (no corkage charge) or drinks sold on consumption by ourselves.

Sandwich Platters:

Our sandwiches are arranged on our solid platters and attractively garnished. They are famous for their freshness, variation and size of filling. A typical platter will include farmhouse white and malted wholemeal bread from the selection from the list below but we are always happy to supply particular preferences with various breads and fillings.
